Cancellation Policy
Your booking will either be fully refundable, partially refundable or non-refundable depending on the supplier’s policy.
All cancelable bookings will display a deadline for cancellation on the product page.


What happens if the supplier cancels my booking?
If the supplier cancels your booking, please contact us directly on help@moyocci.com to receive a full refund.


I have problems with my payment. What can I do?
Please double check that you've entered your details correctly and try again.
If your purchase still can't be completed, please try a different payment method or contact your bank.

I have a question regarding my refund
Refunds can take 3-4 business days to appear in your account. However, some credit card companies have different processing times. Also, refunds within Luxembourg will be faster than abroad.

Can I pay on arrival, in cash or by credit card?
It is not possible to pay on arrival. The payment process must be completed on either our website www.moyocci.com or app.


Pick-up information
For most of our products, the location of the meeting point can be found in the product description. It will also appear on the booking confirmation. For some products (for example our event buses Cool Bus, Party-bus …) the customer defines in advance where he/she wants to be picked-up.
If it is not clear, contacting the supplier directly is the fastest way to get answers. You can find their contact details on your confirmation.
We are happy to contact the supplier on your behalf, but please bear in my mind this will take longer.


Change meeting point
Please contact us directly via help@moyocci.com if you wish to change your meeting point. However, please bear in mind that this might not be possible for every product we offer on Moyocci.


I have lost my booking confirmation. What can I do?
Please contact our Moyocci team directly on help@moyocci.com and we’ll send you a new confirmation by email.


Additional cleaning fees (especially for private hire of our event buses)
Any damage to the equipment during service will be charged. The damage to the interior equipment or other damage inflicted on the vehicle, or other vehicles involved will be the responsibility of the person who made the booking, the latter accepting responsibility for himself and the entire group previously formed.
In case of extra cleaning of the vehicle (e. g. due to voluntary spraying of liquid, vomiting ...) a fee of €300.00 will apply.
